JIM PYKE

Mr. Pyke is an experienced leader in Information Technology Management and Club Operations. He served as the Vice President of Information Technology for the Cordillera Group, a privately owned real estate developer of exclusive residential and golf resort communities in Colorado and California. Mr. Pyke brings over 17 years of knowledge in management of resort business systems and supporting infrastructure for new developments. In addition to his knowledge of technology, he brings a club operation's perspective in which he was intricately involved in the planning and implementation of club processes and functionality. He has been responsible for system implementation of new facility startups and utility infrastructure, including building wireless mesh technology for club properties. Mr. Pyke has also been directly involved in accounting system architecture and transaction flow. He has successfully integrated multiple systems allowing financial reporting for multiple entity relationships. Mr. Pyke has a strong understanding of operations and systems for Food and Beverage, Golf Shop Retail, Tee Time Scheduling, Inventory Control, Asset Management and Property Management. In addition, Mr. Pyke has extensive knowledge in web development and financial reporting models. Mr. Pyke is President of Integrated Technology, a full service information technology consulting group. He is currently consulting for golf course communities, real estate developers and resorts throughout Colorado, Arizona, California and Georgia.
